Absolutely great experience! I could not have asked for a better experience from the time Michael came out & explained everything to me all the way through the actual installation of the windows. Pleasant, professional, courteous & kind. They did a great job & cleaned up as they went. My windows are beautiful & I can’t wait for Fall so I can actually enjoy it this year. Thank you Window Source Team for a job well done!!!

It is my great pleasure to commend The Window Source of Augusta for a most excellent undertaking. From the first meeting to the final completion of the work, their conduct was marked by professionalism, honesty, and a standard of workmanship that I can only describe as unparalleled.
The crew labored with remarkable skill and diligence, yet what impressed me most was the manner in which they carried themselves. They worked together as a close-knit family, and throughout the project they welcomed every question from my naturally inquisitive mind with patience and good humor. Before long, it felt less as though I had hired a contractor and more as though I were dealing with old friends.
The quality of their craftsmanship is of the highest order, and I am convinced that the value received for the price cannot be surpassed. Fine work is often said to come at a premium, yet The Window Source of Augusta delivers exceptional quality at a cost that is exceedingly fair.
I would recommend them without hesitation to any gentleman or lady seeking new windows, and indeed I have already done so. They have earned both my confidence and my gratitude, and I wish them every success in the years to come.

Michael and Stephen have taken care of us and our home since day 1! You can tell Michael is a business owner who truly cares about the work and his customers.
Our windows are builder grade from 1984 and we’re in DESPERATE need of being replaced.
Michael came and gave us a quote to replace the windows and never hassled us to get scheduled. As soon as we were ready to move forward, he came out two days later to measure and get the windows ordered. The windows came in sooner than expected and he scheduled us that week! His team has been expedient, polite, thorough and helpful. They’ve answered any questions, worked ahead of schedule, and even have my dog and cats pets!
For doors or replacement windows, we will only go through Michael and his team at Window Source of Augusta!

We had been needing window replacement for our home for quite some time here in West Columbia, SC. We reached out to get several quotes from other local companies, which were outrageously expensive. We called Michael Sharpe at Window Source of Augusta. Within a day, Michael travelled all the way from Augusta, surveyed what we needed, and gave us a remarkably affordable quote that beat out all other local window company quotes by thousands cheaper! Michael took his time to explain the different options we could get, showed us exact samples, and promised that they could complete the work all within a day. We were so impressed, we signed a contract on the spot. It took a few weeks for the specialty windows and door to be ready for installation, and Michael kept us informed on when they were delivered and ready for installation. On the morning of installation, an entire crew from Window Source travelled from Augusta, ready to work. The crew worked non-stop the entire day, and paid so much attention to every detail in ensuring the windows and and door fit perfectly. The icing on the top of the cake was that the crew cleaned up any residual mess that accumulated during installation (they even vacuumed, swept, and reinstalled blinds!). At the end of the day, the crew took us around our house and explained in detail every part of installation, and to ensure our complete satisfaction. And to everyone reading this, we are 110% satisfied: the windows themselves, the installation, and the positively genuine attitude everyone had in making sure we were happy. As well as Michael Sharpe (the owner), we would like to profoundly thank by name each dedicated member of the crew: Steven, Pat, John, Preston, and K. Thank you gentlemen for all you did for us; the windows look absolutely amazing! Please give Michael a call for the best rate around, and trust that his crew will do the perfect job!

Found how the builders installed windows wrong, fixed existing ones and replaced a few. Explained everything. Very nice. Fair pricing. Got the job done fast. Had to come back to finish after we did some inside work and actually came back after they were paid!!

Great people, great service! Did a WONDERFUL job redoing my mothers windows and did great redoing my siding, fascia and windows that were poorly installed the first time by another company. Were fast to come out for an estimate and fast to complete the job. Everyone was very friendly. Cleaned up the job site before they left and made sure everyone was happy with their services. Would highly recommend.
