Absolutely great experience! I could not have asked for a better experience from the time Michael came out & explained everything to me all the way through the actual installation of the windows. Pleasant, professional, courteous & kind. They did a great job & cleaned up as they went. My windows are beautiful & I can’t wait for Fall so I can actually enjoy it this year. Michael and Stephen have taken care of us and our home since day 1! You can tell Michael is a business owner who truly cares about the work and his customers. Our windows are builder grade from 1984 and we’re in DESPERATE need of being replaced. Michael came and gave us a quote to replace the windows and never hassled us to get scheduled. As soon as we were ready to move forward, he came out two days later to measure and get the windows ordered. The windows came in sooner than expected and he scheduled us that week! His team has been expedient, polite, thorough and helpful. They’ve answered any questions, worked ahead of schedule, and even have my dog and cats pets! We had been needing window replacement for our home for quite some time here in West Columbia, SC.  We reached out to get several quotes from other local companies, which were outrageously expensive.  We called Michael Sharpe at Window Source of Augusta.  Within a day, Michael travelled all the way from Augusta, surveyed what we needed, and gave us a remarkably affordable quote that beat out all other local window company quotes by thousands cheaper! Michael took his time to explain the different options we could get, showed us exact samples, and promised that they could complete the work all within a day.  We were so impressed, we signed a contract on the spot.  It took a few weeks for the specialty windows and door to be ready for installation, and Michael kept us informed on when they were delivered and ready for installation.  On the morning of installation, an entire crew from Window Source travelled from Augusta, ready to work.  The crew worked non-stop the entire day, and paid so much attention to every detail in ensuring the windows and and door fit perfectly.  The icing on the top of the cake was that the crew cleaned up any residual mess that accumulated during installation (they even vacuumed, swept, and reinstalled blinds!).  At the end of the day, the crew took us around our house and explained in detail every part of installation, and to ensure our complete satisfaction.  And to everyone reading this, we are 110% satisfied:  the windows themselves, the installation, and the positively genuine attitude everyone had in making sure we were happy.  As well as Michael Sharpe (the owner), we would like to profoundly thank by name each dedicated member of the crew:  Steven, Pat, John, Preston, and K. Great people, great service! Did a WONDERFUL job redoing my mothers windows and did great redoing my siding, fascia and windows that were poorly installed the first time by another company. Were fast to come out for an estimate and fast to complete the job. Everyone was very friendly. Cleaned up the job site before they left and made sure everyone was happy with their services. Would highly recommend.
