  • Originally had a contract to replace most of our windows with Champion Windows. After the agreed upon price Champion notified us that it would be 1600 more dollars due to the salesperson adding wrong on the estimate. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake so we cancelled the contract and began looking for another company. Ended up going with Window Source to replace the windows. They were able to provide all the same windows, with one additional large picture window for cheaper than Champion. Installation crew showed up on time and were great. They were able to get all 12 windows installed and clean up with no inconvenience to us at all. They were all very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the Windows!

  • i had my windows installed by another company. i knew something wasnt right with the installation. so after doing some googling i came upon "the window source" and gave them a call to see if i could get someone to come take a look and just see if my hunch was correct. i talked with Eric and he said to just send him some pics of the job and he would try to help me out. he confirmed that my worries were confirmed and that the installation had not been done correctly. so dont make the mistake i did. just hire these guys as they will apparently install your windows correctly, unlike the company i had used. too bad there is no time machine. thanks again Eric for your help. if we are ever getting windows installed again i now know where to go.
