  • It is rare to find a services company warranting 5 stars these days. If I could give them 6, I would. Had about 14 windows (all sizes and various shapes/types) replaced. Window Source was competitively priced (not the lowest nor the highest) while providing a good value. Given the complexity of one set of windows, we had all other windows installed about a month ago and the final/complex window installed earlier this week. The sales person and construction manager were very responsive and easy to work with. The installation crew was superior. The crew chief (Chris) was very efficient and is truly a master craftsman when it comes to installation as well as trim work.The other 2 crew members (Rodney and Neil) were also experienced installers and were focused on the task at hand. The whole crew was very respectful and trustworthy. They arrived on time both times, got the work done, and cleaned up (better than it was before they arrived!). As installation is as important (if not more important than the particular window being installed), It was great to have a well experienced installation crew. Will use them again and will recommend them.
