I chose the Window Source based on other positive reviews, and it was definitely the right decision. I really dreaded even having a salesperson come out to quote because I really hate dealing with pushy salespeople. Ron was great! He walked through all options with me and set me up with all of the best options to fit my budget. When installation day arrived, the team arrived promptly and worked through the day. Their work was high quality and the windows look and work great! They are SO much better than the windows I replaced. No more rubber mallet required to open a window in this house! I also had a minor problem with a window, and the service crew was very quick to make it right. From start to finish, this was an easy process. This is a great company to work with, and I am very pleased with the final product. I highly recommend!!!

i had my windows installed by another company. i knew something wasnt right with the installation. so after doing some googling i came upon "the window source" and gave them a call to see if i could get someone to come take a look and just see if my hunch was correct. i talked with Eric and he said to just send him some pics of the job and he would try to help me out. he confirmed that my worries were confirmed and that the installation had not been done correctly. so dont make the mistake i did. just hire these guys as they will apparently install your windows correctly, unlike the company i had used. too bad there is no time machine. thanks again Eric for your help. if we are ever getting windows installed again i now know where to go.
